Program: Caltech Postdoctoral Scholars at JPL Program
Description: Exposes individuals to projects at NASA and encourages joint sponsorship and collaboration between Caltech faculty members, JPL scientists, and NASA Headquarters.
Eligibility: Must have Ph.D. less than 5 years.

Program: JPL Postdoctoral Associate Program
Description: Opportunities for research positions that provide significant training for the nation's future scientific and technological leaders.
Eligibility: Must have Ph.D. less than 5 years.

Program: NASA Postdoctoral Program (NPP)
Description: This program is for recent graduates as well as established engineers and scientists to work at JPL. It provides the opportunity for concentrated research on an annual basis, renewable for two years.
Eligibility: Regular and senior postdoctoral scientists and engineers.
Deadline: Four reviews per year.

Program: Planetary Science Summer School
Description: Provides one-week intensive team exercise learning the process of developing a mission concept into reality, and learning about mission lifecycles.
Eligibility: Science and engineering graduate and post-doc students with a strong interest in careers in planetary exploration.
Deadline: Applications are usually solicited in the spring.
